It's always best to arrive a day early and stay a day late if you can. Enough time to settle and prep, and enough time to decompress before going home. Plan to fly in before 3p Wednesday 1/17 and leave Saturday 1/20.

Finalized agenda is set to release Dec 1. However the time frames on this above agenda are correct and something you can plan for.
Guests who register to become an Impact Agent and pay for the event ticket can attend Friday, 1/19 training.
This event is packed with different experiences. Plan for something comfy and sporty if you're coming to team bonding. Bring a bathing suit (The Beeman has a heated pool). Business Casual attire for the Drive Mastermind & Systems training. AND be sure to bring a cocktail, gala, fancy, sexy outfit for our evening mixer & new years party!
Breakfast and lunch will not be provided for the conference days. What will be taken care of and where we will be pouring all our investment is the evening mixer for you and your guests to have a fun worry-free evening! Hors d'oeuvres, finger foods , craving stations, & drinks will be provided for the evening mixer.
Team bonding final investment will be shared Nov 1 -- when we are given enough time to get an accurate headcount. Expect a $50-$60 investment. Instructions on where to send Zelle will be sent Nov 1.
Renting will all be your own choice. The Beeman offers self-premium paid parking around the hotel at $24.00 TT, overnight valet parking at $30 TT, and self-complimentary parking in our garage 5th/6th floors behind the hotel.
Your Drive Conference ticket is non-refundable due to pre-planning headcount and venue deposits. If you accidentally paid full price for the ticket during our promo code period your $50 will go towards your spot for team bonding.
